You can relieve constipation in many ways. Some of the best ways to do it are the ones that can be done at home and are referred to as constipation home remedy.
1. Prunes – prune juice, or dried prunes, are a very effective constipation home remedy. If you don’t have the time, going to a health food store and buying prune juice will achieve the same result. Using your upper left hand, press the root of your right palm into your stomach, then your right thumb, followed by your right finger tips, and then your little finger, all the while not moving your palms across the stomach and breathing deeply. Repeat 10 times, then switch your hands and do the same with your left hand. Repeat 3 to 4 times every day. This constipation home remedy can also relieve constipation in small children.
